Please join us for a day devoted to Women’s Health and Wellness. Bring your mothers, sisters, cousins, daughters and friends and learn about your body.  You deserve to know and understand all about your body, your pelvic floor and how you can help yourself with some common problems associated with these areas.

We have an amazing group of health care providers ready to teach you about your body and your health.
